Day 1 Saigon to Vinh Long and the Homestay
We pick you up at your hotel in Saigon at around 7:30 AM and drive south into the Mekong Delta, watching the city give way to rice fields and fruit orchards. After a bike fitting and a short briefing, we start cycling on small village roads, stopping at canals, gardens and family homes along the way. Lunch is served in a quiet countryside house, with simple southern dishes made from fresh local ingredients. In the afternoon we cross to a river island and ride its narrow paths and small bridges, past brick kilns, orchards and people working by the water. We reach the homestay at around 5:00 PM, with time to rest before dinner with the family.

Day 2 Morning Ride and Return to Saigon
Wake up to the sounds of the countryside and enjoy breakfast at the homestay, a good time to watch the island come to life as boats pass and neighbours start their day. After breakfast we set off on a gentle morning ride through nearby villages, fruit gardens and canal-side paths, with the distance adjusted to your comfort and the weather. We stop at a local workshop or market if something catches our eye. Lunch is our last meal in the delta, and there is time for final photos before the private car takes us back to Saigon. We arrive at your hotel at around 5:00 PM.
